The Lighthouse Within offers intuitive energy readings, email readings, and related services provided by Michael Guenther. Our services are intended for entertainment, personal development, and spiritual insight purposes only.

  • We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading or session.
  • Results may vary. Outcomes described in testimonials are not typical and are not guaranteed.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or receive services.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked through our third-party scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling). By booking a session, you agree to their terms as well as ours.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • We accept payment through the methods available at checkout.
  • Discount codes (such as CLARITY15) are valid for new clients only, one use per person, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our sessions and offer the following satisfaction policy:

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you do not feel your session delivered clarity on the question you brought, notify us within 24 hours of your session and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to live phone sessions only and does not extend to email readings once delivered.

Email Readings
Due to the time and energy invested, email readings are non-refundable once the reading has been delivered.

5. Confidentiality

All session content is kept strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose the details of your session to any third party, except as required by law.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily sharing personal information and consent to its use solely for the purpose of providing your reading.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, session recordings (if any), and written readings — is the intellectual property of The Lighthouse Within and Michael Guenther. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

Email readings delivered to you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
